A qualified Fellow Chartered Accountant, Fellow Company Secretary and Masters in Business Finance – ICAI; besides holding the degrees of Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) & Bachelor of Commerce, B.Com.(Hons.) from Delhi University. Have gained overall practical work experience of over 35 years in the areas of Finance & Accounts, Funds Management, Legal, Corporate Affairs, Admin, Personnel & HR, Commercial & Liasioning Taxation –Direct & Indirect, Audit & Systems Controls, ERP, Take Over’s /Acquisition & Mergers, Vendor Handling, Quality Management /ISO /BIS Aspects etc. Have widely traveled to over twenty countries Incl. USA, CANADA, Europe, Far East, Middle East etc.

Hands on experience of running the industry since 1985.

A Delhi University Graduate with his deep rooted industry knowledge & strong business acumen. He has gained overall 35 Years of hands on experience of running the industry since 1985. Areas Handled by him include Material Procurement/Purchases/Handling aspects. Production Planning, Financial Planning, Marketing & Sales, Work Force Handling, Technical Aspects, Quality Control, Taxation, Commercial and Stores Management.
